Any unauthorized or unverified payments or orders will be rejected.
2. Price Fluctuations
  • All prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
  • Prices depend on external suppliers and market conditions, which may cause sudden increases or decreases.
  • The effective price is the one displayed on the service page at the time of order submission.
3. Deposit & Refund Policy
  • Funds added to your account are internal wallet credit, used exclusively for purchasing available services.
  • If a service fails, the amount is automatically refunded to your wallet balance for future use.
  • Refunds to your original payment method or bank account are not allowed.
  • Exceptional refund requests may be reviewed only if you contact support before order execution.

By submitting an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

4. Samsung Remotely Services
  • Processing typically takes 1–24 hours depending on the case type and queue.
  • Please avoid update or refund requests before this period ends.
  • Some services require video proof or failure evidence for refund consideration.
  • Most remote services are non-refundable per supplier policy.
  • If you place the same request elsewhere before completion or rejection, we are not responsible for resulting issues.
5. Instant Account Services (Xiaomi / Infinix)
  • If delayed, please allow up to 24 hours before contacting support.
  • Orders cannot be canceled or refunded during this period.
  • If you submit the same order elsewhere before completion or rejection, we are not liable for any issues or losses.
6. Duplicate Orders

Do not submit the same request to other platforms unless:

  • Your order has been successfully completed, or
  • It has been officially rejected by our system.
Submitting duplicate orders to multiple sources may permanently disrupt the service or invalidate the unlock process.
7. Delays from Suppliers
  • Some services may be delayed due to technical or critical issues on the supplier side.
  • Processing may extend 1–3 business days depending on the service.
  • Orders cannot be canceled during this period.
  • We are not responsible for any loss if you place the same order elsewhere while waiting.
8. Tool Activations (Dongles / Licenses / Activations)
  • Most activations are processed within 1–24 hours.
  • Occasionally, suppliers may take longer due to workload or maintenance.
  • By placing your order, you accept the possibility of supplier-related delays.
9. Honor Instant Services
  • If no booking slots are available and your order is not auto-rejected, please allow up to 24 hours.
  • If we are online, contact support and we will coordinate with the supplier on your behalf.
  • If you choose another supplier before waiting, we will not be liable for resulting issues.
10. General Reminder
