Order Guidance Payments & Refunds Services & Tools Troubleshooting
Before ordering: Read the service description, requirements, estimated time, and refund conditions. Submit the required information carefully and do not place duplicate orders.
General Questions
Ordering, identifiers, delays, and coverage.
How do I place an order correctly?
- Choose the exact service that matches your carrier, country, region, model, or account type.
- Read the full service description, requirements, estimated time, and refund conditions.
- Enter the required data carefully, such as IMEI, SN, username, email, hardware ID, or activation code.
- Submit one order only for the same IMEI, serial number, account, or request.
- Do not place the same request with another provider while your order is pending.
What are IMEI, SN, and RID?
- IMEI: A unique 15-digit number used to identify a mobile device.
- SN: The manufacturer serial number of the device.
- RID: A reference ID used for eligible refund or review cases when a service fails under the stated conditions.
Why was my order delayed?
- Supplier queue, server load, maintenance, or temporary route issues.
- Extra verification required for the submitted model, carrier, region, or account.
- Weekend, holiday, or supplier working-hour limitations.
- Incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer.
Where can I check supported carriers or regions?
Coverage depends on each service. Always check the service title, description, supported networks, supported regions, and any checker link provided inside the service page before ordering.
Payments and Refunds
Refund eligibility, rejected requests, and wallet returns.
When can I request a refund?
A refund may be reviewed only when the service fails under eligible conditions and the listed processing time has passed. Include your Order ID, submitted data, and proof if required.
Why was my refund rejected?
- Wrong IMEI, wrong carrier, wrong country, wrong model, or wrong submitted information.
- The device, account, or request is unsupported or ineligible for the selected service.
- The order was duplicated with another provider before completion or rejection.
- The service description states that the order is non-refundable after processing.
Are wallet refunds sent back to my payment method?
Approved refunds are normally returned to your Allunlocker wallet balance for future orders. Refunds to the original payment method, bank account, card, crypto wallet, or external account are generally not available.
Services and Tools
Service terms, automation, activations, and licenses.
What is FRP, Clean, and Unbarring?
- FRP: Factory Reset Protection service related to Android device verification.
- Clean: A device or IMEI status that may qualify for certain network services.
- Unbarring: A service related to barred IMEI status. It is not the same as a SIM unlock.
How do instant and automated services work?
Instant and automated services are processed through supplier systems or API routes. They may still be delayed due to server load, verification, maintenance, or temporary supplier issues.
What should I check before ordering a tool activation or license?
- Correct username, email, hardware ID, serial number, or account details.
- Supported version, device, operating system, or activation type.
- Whether the license is locked to one PC, one account, or one device.
- Refund terms before processing, because many digital activations are final after completion.
Troubleshooting
Pending orders, IMEI checks, and support evidence.
My order is stuck in progress. What should I do?
Wait until the listed processing time ends. If the order is still pending after the estimated time, contact support with your Order ID and submitted data. Do not create a duplicate order.
My IMEI is not found. What should I check?
- Make sure the IMEI contains exactly 15 digits.
- Check that there are no spaces, letters, or missing numbers.
- Try again later if the checker depends on a database that updates periodically.
- Contact support with a screenshot if the issue continues.
What information should I send to support?
- Order ID.
- IMEI, SN, account, username, or submitted reference if applicable.
- Service name.
- Screenshot, error message, video proof, or device status when required.
